That's right... Mickey has a growing bug collection in the freezer.
Below is photo of lobsters crawling around our patio. These lobsters are spiny lobsters caught in commercial fishing traps at the Channel Islands. Mickey got them from some commercial fishermen in Oxnard. It is a good year for lobster fishermen.

When am I invited over for a lobster feed. I love the freezer picture, with them all looking at you.
Hi sis! You guys need to come visit before mid-march to boil up some live ones. That is when the season ends... March 18 for sporties and March 19 for commercial. Maybe we can plan a weekend to go hoop netting or diving for lobsters.
Sort of sick in a way, but oh so delicious!
Thanks for bringing some bugs to Phoenix. We have been a hit with Phoenicians. They are incredible and you can't imagine how big they are until you see them in person.
